To register a Declaration of Conformity, the following documents must be submitted to the certification body:
Application
The submitted Declaration of Conformity, signed by the applicant (in the case of a legal entity – by the head of the organization) and certified with a seal (for an individual registered as a sole entrepreneur, if applicable)
Copies of documents confirming the state registration of the legal entity or individual, in accordance with the legislation of the member states
A copy of the contract with the foreign manufacturer, which ensures that the supplied products comply with the requirements of technical regulations and defines the responsibility for non-compliance of the products supplied to the Customs Union territory (for a person performing the functions of the foreign manufacturer)
In cases defined by the mandatory requirements of technical regulations – other documents
Impartiality is the manifestation of objectivity, meaning that no conflict of interest exists or that any such conflicts are managed in a way that does not negatively affect the work of the certification body.
Risks threatening impartiality include: personal interest, self-review, advocacy, familiarity, intimidation, and competition.
Certification is a third-party conformity assessment related to products, processes, systems, or personnel.
